Pastor Anselmo Ingay was born in the family of God on November 4, 1972 after hearing the gospel message from a faithful Sunday School teacher in Bible Baptist Mission, Magpet, North Cotabato. It was during the eve of his high school graduation that he felt the call of God to surrender his life for full-time ministry.
In 1981, he enrolled in the Bible Baptist Institute that was started by Missionary Richard Schott. After graduating, he served as Assistant to the Pastor of the Bible Baptist Church – Guerrero. He served the Lord faithfully during his time under Missionary-Pastor, Rev. Richard M. Schott.
He faithfully preached the whole counsel of God, went soul-winning and ministered to people. He wasn’t aware of it, but all of what God did during this time was preparation for an even greater responsibility God was about to give him in the Lord’s work.
In 1999, due to failing health of Missionary Richard Schott, the Bible Baptist Church in Guerrero was led of the Lord to call Pastor Ingay of Mati to serve as Assistant Pastor of the church for 1 year. In March of 2000, by the clear leadership of the Lord and
a unanimous vote from the members of the church, Rev. Anselmo Ingay became Pastor of the Bible Baptist Church in Guerrero.
Under his leadership, the church experienced much growth in terms attendance and salvation of souls. It is clear that God’s Hand of blessing is upon him. He faithfully preaches the Bible expositionally, he has diligence in the work of God and heart to win souls for Jesus Christ. At the root of this is a unmatched desire to glorify the Lord in everything in his life. He and his family are serving the Lord from a passionate heart.
Come this Sunday & hear our Pastor preach the Word of God. It’s a guarantee that you will be blessed, not because of our pastor’s eloquence, charisma and dynamics, or for any other reason at that; you will be blessed because He preaches the whole counsel of God in the power of the Spirit. And It is and will always be the Word of God that has the power to change lives!
Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”
